As my name Yogananth reveals, yoga is a part of my life and will always be. I was born in a yoga family and started learning yoga from the age of two under my father Dr.Asana Andiappan. After more than two decades of practice, I would like to share my experience in this website with all of you who are interested in yoga and its philosophy.
